The objective behind this event is to develop interpersonal skills needed in the corporate world. The club activities are organized in a regular basis to promote team spirit and to implement the HR concepts practically.

To develop the concepts of HR through learning by playing and having fun. The club is intended to make the HR concepts clear by playing different games. Students all together played four management games Balloon walk, Let’s Reverse, Hola hoop activity and Blind fold activity. All the games were based on Group Co-ordination, Training, and Team work. Students participated in groups of 6-7, Winners were decided on the basis of group performance and the group which finishes first. The final winners were based on the overall performance of teams in each game. Dr. Sunil Kumar Pandey director sir and Prof. Nancy Sharma Vice principal mam grace the event by their overwhelming presence. Students received trophy from them and at the end team of HR Club and the winners had a group photograph.
